About Reform Office

Reform Office is owned and operated solely by Shonda Hector, an independent contractor and freelancer.

My Philosophy:

My goal is to help small companies succeed.  Rather than increasing your payroll to hire more employees, I can assist you as needed -- when you need assistance.

My Clients:

My clients are small businesses and small departments who need the services I provide, but either don't have the resources internally within their company or they just need a helping hand in accomplishing their goals.  Also, I support small consulting firms who provide the exact services I do, but at times when too much work comes flowing into their office.

Payment Options:

  • Hourly Rate.  Based on the estimated project length, we can schedule invoices for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly billing.

  • Project Based Fees.  If we decide upon a project fee, you will be asked to deposit 1/4 to 1/2 of pre-payment at the start of a project to Guru's Escrow Pay Services (www.Guru.com).  This amount is expected to be released upon the first deliverable (to be specified in our work agreement contract).  The remainder of the fees will be due upon project completion.

  • Payment Methods.  Guru.com accepts wire transfers, checks and credit cards.  Another payment option is through www.PayPal.com

Working Hours and Contact:

Working hours are normally between 9 and 2 CST.  Currently (as of 1/01/2009) my working days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Other days and weekends can be arranged.

E-mail contact is preferable.  On working days I can easily and quickly be contacted via email during my work hours, yet phone conferences can be scheduled by appointment.
